Yes, whenever it makes sense, especially regarding starters, alternators, generators, engines, and transmissions. However, it really is your decision. We will give you our best recommendation, if you choose to install brand new parts over remanufactured (and pay the additional charge) we will honor your wishes.

Always check the fluid level with the engine running (except Honda), the transmission in “park” (except Dodge products which should be in neutral with the emergency brake applied), and with the engine at operating temperature. Remove the dipstick and wipe with a rag. Insert the stick fully and remove. Look at both sides of the stick to verify the same indication.
There is no one who can answer that question. The mileage or time of use before major problems occur will vary greatly, and therefore, there isn’t a direct correlation between mileage and engine failure.
